Assalaam Alaikum Varahmathullahi Vabarakaathu,
We Muslims believe in Jinn, Possession and treatment to all the kinds as all of this is mentioned in the Holy Quran.
My question here is if possession is treated with ayah of Quran (Ruqya), why and how does christians and buddists treat and fix the possessed people with whatever they read or do?
Also can a jinn enter the human body, and why does it do that?

Not many Christians believe in possession anymore. If they do, an exorcism is performed.
I'm not sure if any of all the many types of Buddhists believe in possession or not. I don't know of any.
I don't believe in any kind of evil spirits, including any that can enter a human body.
People act on their own, unless they are mentally ill or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Your question is not so simple, but obviously centered in the notation of different people having different views, and ideas on many subjects of the human condition. Religious beliefs and teachings being but one of them so the topic of spirits and ghosts crosses not just the religious realm, but the growing scientific one as well.
There is always much confusion and curiosity when one leave the boundaries of ones own religious book, or teaching, and encounters those of others. So let me ask is your question because of confusion, or just curiosity?
