I just want to know about online Niqah
Amd Divorce issue.

My friend from Pakistan & he found
Soneone in India [on an on-line marriage site]
Finally both family's agree as both are
Muslim.

They do Niqah on Skype as both familys
Never met each other so someone from
Girl side available in Pakistan so they
Join my friends Family in Pakistan from
Girl side.

Unfortunately...
After Niqah they realise
In Pakistan and in India this online
Niqah not any more Accept Able
And in both place this Niqah not
Register as Register Office won't
Accept this.

Both familys Confuse in that want to
Know in that case do they need to
Have Divorce for Sapration according
To Islam or they don't need as this
Niqah not Register and In Both
Country no more Accept able.

What has the local religious authority advised? It is with their counsel you should proceed. Not sure how the registry of the websites affects the legality of niqah, but if it does negate it, it would seem they could redo it legally with local guidance. Your iman can guide you through what must be done.

I agree with Talanman the best thing will be to counsel with your Imam there are a lot of them in India and Pakistan, Good luck.
