So I had a dream last night where I was in a house with thousands of people receiving texts of someone saying " find ..... or he will die" and I had to run round this house trying to find the said person before they got to them and threw them off the roof in front and land in front of me... the plot twist is, I couldn't find them because they kept putting people in he house that looked like the one I was trying to find, so it was virtually impossible, I lost my mum m best friends my brother my gran, I held onto my boyfriend who didn't leave my side so they couldn't get to him..

What could this nightmare mean!

Oh and before you say it, I don't watch any scary movies or anything remotely scary...

All dreams are part of our daily lives, and mean what they mean to YOU. What do you think this means? It's pretty common to have nightmares about losing people we love. Many of my dreams have the same kind of crowded, complicated, confusing situations, where I have to do something very important, but can't.

It's also normal to feel a little guilt about it. It will sort itself out over the years, as long as no one tries to keep you close forever. Just keep assuring them that you will always love them.
