My husband and his family,held a private meeting without me.And he sold and signed over his inhertance without me knowing.Is that legal in the state of Georgia?

His inheritance is his property. Georgia is not a community property state. So yes, he probably can deal with his property without your input.

Not too clear what exactly HIS inheritance is. Signed it over to whom? When my Mom passed away, I got 1/2 of her estate. When my wife's Mom died, she got 1/4 of her estate. I live in GA too, Inheritance is not co-ownership. Are you alleging collusion of some sorts?

What is the legal status of your marriage? Are you still married or are you legally divorced?
