I have a few different 1940 wheat pennies but one is super shiny, does that mean anything specific. I've collected wheat pennies for a bit, but I'm honestly clueless as to what I need to be looking at! Please help!!

No mint mark say it was minted in Philadelphia, Shiny could be shiny due to protecting through the years, or cleaned. Cleaning is not good for the coins value.

Can you see the lines on the wheat stalk?
