The movie had a group of fairly young guys roaming the deserted streets at night on their motor bikes and with a white van waiting to kidnap people for human hunting sport. They wore masks and their leader was a black young guy who ended up helping the main characters he had kidnapped in the end. (in most of the first scenes, this leader dude is swinging a baseball bat around as they ride and around scaring people)

They took these people to a sort of modern arena built by the rich people of the town who better on who would kill who first. They gave them guns and all but in the end they somehow managed to defeat the security and rich guys watching.
