I'm looking for a cold water plug cap for a glacier bay teapot faucet. It is a plastic part. Not sure why this one was removed, but the little holder prongs have broken off.

Where exactly does this plug go? Are you trying to block cold water from going through the faucet?

Is it the Cold / Hot water identifier, on top of handle ?

A handle insert button can be ordered from the manufacturer on line or by phone via tech support...
