The question is : the total number of caught in or between fatalities increased/decreased between 2010 and 2011. I guess they want me to write the incresed and decreased number between those years. I only have the information that I wrote in the question. Thank you for answering

According to your post there were 70 caught in or between fatalities in 2010. Again, according to your post, there were 49 caught in or between fatalities in 2011.

Is 49 less, or more than 70?
