I think my best Friend might like my husband but Im not to sure. She gives him dirty looks. Always asking to hangout with us early in our relationship. Makes comments like I like his body, always comments about how attractive he is and says he's manly. I just chalked that up to girl talk but Im wondering if the comments may be getting excessive, it's hard to judge. My husband doesn't seem comfortable around her due to the funny looks she gives. Should I approach her about my suspicion or just leave it alone?

The definition of a best friend is that there is NO SUBJECT you are afraid to talk about with her.
Next time she says anything about him, have it planned. "You sure have a lot to say about his body, a little of that is a compliment, but a lot makes me uncomfortable. Isn't it time to stop that stuff?"
Talk to your husband too. Tell him what you are planning to tell her (or already told her). No need to ask him about any of it. He may volunteer a comment, such as relief.
