Carrier Model: 58SSB80-CC
Turned on furnace yesterday before I left and set thermostat to 70 and was working fine, no other programming was set to turn it off. Returned 3 hours later, furnace was off and it was 63 degrees in my house. Checked thermostat setting and it was still set to 70. Blower motor will turn on when AC is activated and works fine. Blower motor will also turn on when set to Heat and switched from Auto to On.
I pulled the cover off my control panel and checked the relay and it is working fine. I cannot find an electrical schematic anywhere so I am turning to you guys. Where should I go from here?

Look inside your air handler, should be a schematic. Standing pilot on this?

I have found the Inducer Motor is not working. Could this be my problem?

Certainly could, won't work without. OK, no standing pilot. Could be the inducer, fuse on the control panel, bad control board and others. Look for codes on the control panel-flashing LED. Codes should be on the door. Using a VOM, check for voltage at the inducer when the thermostat calls for heat, should be 120VAC. If you get 120, make sure the inducer spins. If it does, you have a burned out inducer motor. If it doesn't, you have a stuck inducer motor. Considering the vintage of yours, I'm surprised if that is an OEM inducer.

I believe I may have a burned out motor. The motor is receiving 120v but not turning. The fan blades do spin freely.

I just measured the voltage with the thermostat off and it still reads 120v. Is this normal?
