Hi. I have an approximately 2-3 year old GE dishwasher. It was around 400.00 new and has the plastic interior It has an auto senser cycle, heavy, normal, and light cycles. It also has sanitizer, boost, or steam plus the dry cycles. You can also delay the start of the dishwasher. I use Cascade packets and kept the drying fluild filled at all times.
My problem is I have suds at the bottom of the dishwasher when the cycle is complete. I even have suds when I run the dishwasher without any detergent!
I got used to the new dishwasher never completely drying the dishes, but the suds I do not like. I think the suds must be in the water that is somewhat drying on the dishes so I do not like the idea of ingesting chemicals. I am not sure what is causing this. I have cleaned the filter that you easily twist out located in the interior floor of the dishwasher just below the bar.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you so much for taking time to read my question.
