Hello guys, I remember only one scene about this movie hopefully you can help me with that.

A girl has a pretty long hair and when she removes a hairclip from her hair, it drops down and we see that there is a weapon(most likely a ninja star but cant be sure of it) tied to the tip of the hair and she swings her head to kill her opponents. It was a very impressive fight scene.

She's likely to be Asian and I guess she was the sidekick of the main antagonist.

These are not it. I had watched it around 2009-2010. Only the sidekick is supposed to be Asian.

This is a stumper. I have a pretty good idea of what you are talking about, I've seen similar ponytail knife weapons in several asian films and animes
Usually a small knife without handle designed to be braided into the end of a long ponytail.
But I can't think of anything other then black scorpion to use this device without an all Asian cast
And black scorpion was Joan severance a female comic book vigilante with a weighted metal stinger on her ponytail

Ooh and mortal kombat annihilation
Sindal had whip hair but I don't remember if it was just hair or if she had blades in it

And jane yellowrock the hero of faith hunter's series by the same name has a long braid with a blade in it I think. Also hair sticks that double as stakes
