I was arrested for grand theft auto, comspiracy and felon prob violation, based of a local sherriff saying that he recognize me from a picture that lookes close to me and since the officer has passed away what do I do at my arrainment

Get an attorney! What proof do they have, other than the arresting officer's identification, that you committed these crimes?

Get an attorney, don't make any statements, even saying why you are not guilty unlill you have an attorney.

If the witness against you is dead, then other evidence normally not allowed like heresay may be allowed (not good for you).
