Can anyone please help me identify these two faucets?
They are both Grohe, most probably pre-2000 models since I conclude that they must be the first ones to install in the house when it was built around 95-98.

They seem to be slightly leaking and a friend told me that I will probably need some spares to fix them (therefore need product ID).
The kitchen's faucet, I tried to take apart at the front to see if there are any filters to clean and its rubber parts almost disintegrated like chewing gum inside my hand.

Hello Panchristo,

Looks like the first faucet is Grohe EuroPlus II kitchen faucet, and the second one is GrohTherm 1000 tub/shower faucet

Both faucets were very popular models and were made in several slightly different designs. But I think the interior parts ( cartridges, etc ) remained the same from design to design. Double check with your supplier.

Hope that helps
