Unit will stert-run for 3-4 minutes, flames kick off high limit is open when it restarts (blower still running) flames back out of burners for a few seconds, enough to burn some wires blower is clean

I'd check for a blocked return, dirty filters, possibly blocked supply ductwork, possibly a partially blocked vent pipe.
