Drank heavily for 3days have EtG test at about 128 hours later. Drank at least 20 standard drinks a day each day. The cut off the lab uses is 100ng/ml.
What are my chances of passing.

You deserve to FAIL, but even with that volume and Time it's unlikely.

Do you mean I should pass?

I know I deserve to fail - but I didn't understand whether you were saying it was likely I would fail or not

You have a chance at passing if your last drink was 128 hours before the test. But we can't say for sure what will happen.

Why did you go on a drinking binge when it's obvious that you're not supposed to be drinking? What do you lose if you fail? Was it worth the risk?

Pass or fail you have to figure out a way to live without alcohol, then you never have to worry about failing again.

Good luck.

Hi
I drank heavily for 3days at least 20 standard drinks a day.
I am due for an EtG test with a lab cutoff level of 100ng/ml.
The test is for work, it will be around 128 hours after my last drink.
I asked the question recently and got a response that I deserve to fail.
That is true but not really the answer I was looking for.
Does anyone have an idea of the likelihood of me passing or failing.
No more criticism please I can do that myself.

It's employment related
I don't know what will happen - for certain
No good reason for why I did it
Have been away for work for a week so didn't do it while working but will have to on the day after I go back

It is likely you will pass. No one can say 100% because there are situations where you could fail, even five days later. The cut off is 60-80 hours. It depends on how fast your body eliminates the EtG/EtS.

Is it within your employment contract that you will be randomly tested for alcohol consumption? Is it a requirement for you to be sober and abstain from alcohol consumption 24/7? I would check out your employment contract for those terms, as well as the consequences for failure.

This would allow you to make a more... constructive choice when it comes to consumption of alcohol.

According to the general rules you should pass, but general rules have their exceptions. You can either relax, or worry yourself to death that's up to you but no ones opinions will matter, just YOUR actions.

Maybe count your blessings and be grateful you have 128 hours to clean up your raggedy act.

To answer the question without judgement, 120+ hours should be more than enough to pass. Pretty sure you don't need a lecture.
