Gas furnace will not ignite. Roll out switch test good however whe I disconnect the leads to the roll out switch the fan then starts to operate but when I connect them the fan will stop. Control board shows unit normal and operational

Time to call an HVAC guy.

ALL furnaces should be cleaned and inspected every couple years by someone who knows what they are doing anyway. It extends the life of the furnace, and it keeps you from waking up dead from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Could be bad igniter or gas manifold valve. Igniter would be the cheapest switch out to test. Gas Manifolds I'd leave to a professional.
