Yes.
Google defines net neutrality as:
the principle that Internet service providers should enable access to all content and applications regardless of the source, and without favoring or blocking particular products or websites.
Assuming that sites like Amazon aren't blocked.
EBooks are a legitimate business, there is no reason, even if net neutrality was abolished, to restrict them.

The right to sell ebooks or not has nothing to do with net neutrality. I'm curious to know what your thinking was.

I bet this is a homework assignment. To me it just screams an essay homework assignment. Because it calls for someone to provide a written response to show what they know about the subject.
