I can not find make or part number for this diverted. The trim hardware looked like Barclay old fashion tub hardware but other than that I have no more clues. Any help would be appreciated

We ID faucets by their trim. This one looks like Dornbracht to me.

However, manufacturers usually copy popular designs. So it also could be Grohe, Hans Grohe, Waterworks, KWC, Altman's and more....

You are not saying where you are located. If you are in So.California, let me know. I can direct you to several local stores that will ID the stem for you and sell you replacement one, as well.

See enclosed image of Dornbracht trim.

Milo, Thank you for your reply. Yes, I am based in west side of LA in SoCal. Definitely not Grohe. Spent some time at Snyder Diamond and we did determine that. What stood out to guy at SD was the 3 O-ring setup on back of stem.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Sure place to go to is "Larry 'n' Joe's" in the Valley. They have 3 locations: Reseda, Northridge, and Mission Hills. The best location is their corporate location, at 8916 Corbin Avenue, Northridge, Ca 91324, tel: 818.349.2540. Manager is Luis. He is very knowledgeable guy. I understand it is kind of "over the hill" for you, but I am sure they will be able to help you. Luckly, Larry 'n' Joe's in Northridge is open on Sunday 9:00am to 5:00pm, too. That may be the only day when there is no traffic on 405 N.

I am surprised they could not help you in Snyder Diamond. I think you happened to talk to a guy / gal that didn't know too much. Guys behind counter are not too helpful there. It is better to sit down with a salesman in the showroom

I cannot think of a store on the West Side that would carry such stems. You could try Pacific Sales, or any high-end plumbing fixture store in Santa Monica area.

Let me know how you did
