Ive been having problems with my vision for a few weeks now its like I have blind spots of light in my eyes its like someone's shining a bright light in my eyes temporarily blinding me and it slowly fades and my eyes refocus and I'm getting headaches in the temple area more often I'm also feeling like every time I stand up I'm dizzy... I could also be sitting down and looking at my phone then look away at something else and I cant see anything but light until my eyes refocus... Can you please tell me if this is something serious and what it could be?

That is a good reason to see an Eye Doctor, not an Optician. Could also be neurological.

Monsters in Me, last night on Animal Planet. Young girl had parasites IN HER EYE. Removed the eye but kept the nerve connected, cut the eye open and removed. Yuck.
