I'm a woman. I don't think it matters that you emphasize your gender in your company name. I'd use your name!

Friend of mine has Diva Roofing, uses a pink high heel as part of the logo.

I wouldn't focus on a name for a construction company owned by a woman. I would probably not call it gender specific.
