So is the Hurricane Deductible $1,288 is that the way you figure it?

This phrase makes no sense:

Hurricane deductibles are typically quoted as a percentage of the insured value. Perhaps there's a typo, and it should read: "Hurricane Deductible 10% or $12,880."

Here is the section of the policy. Seems to me to be 10% of 12,880= $1,288 Hurricane deductible

pastor, the line says: Hurricane Deductible 10% = $12,880.

The equals sign means $12,880 is 10% of the amount used to calculate the HD. In this case, it looks like 10% of the dwelling coverage which is listed as $128,800.

Sorry, 10% X $128,800 for Hurricane and same for sinkhole. Wow, that's a lot of premium for $128,000 coverage.

Yes the annual premium is 3,263

Sounds like you are living in an area where probability is high, as noted by the annual premium. I would consider moving out of that area.

That is what is called, " A Gotcha". I just 4 years, you have already paid your deductible.
