I am on F1 visa for the past 4 yrs and filing 1040NREZ. My wife is on L1A visa since March 1st 2006. Which forms do we need to use to file taxes.

YOU need to file Form 1040NR-EZ; she needs to file as a dual-status alien, filing Forms 1040 AND 1040NR.

OR

You can file jointly and choose to be treated as resident aliens for all of 2006.
