I was approached by a fellow that is a licensed private investigator in the state of Florida. We were discussing ways of "making money". He asked me if I thought I could run a security guard agency. He would provide the funding for me. Of course I said yes... research later. One hump I haven't been too successful in climbing is the sales end of it. I've never been good at sales. How am I to secure accounts? Where do I look? Those are puzzle pieces that are in my haystack. I've looked on a couple of websites but none have really mentioned "how". Generalize conversations without being specific.

I own and run a Security Guard Agency in Arizona. Sales require a willingness to pound the pavement and talk to property owners and managers. Regular contact; in-person, by telephone, and via mail mail keep you on the top of their minds for when that need for you service hits.
Marketing will soften your sales approach with an image that proceeds you...
