How much does it typically cost to replace a 10 Seer system including labor down here in Florida ? And, what is the best way to save money on this kind of future project ?

You can't buy a 10 seer system anymore. Minimum EPA regulations for Florida SEER is 14. Have 3 qualified contractors give you bids. If you only have a 10, I would also bet your house would benefit with more insulation.
