On May 31, 2016 I believe, I was hired to work at McDonald's. At Orientation, I was not trained for three hours like they said we would be. We just watched Safety Videos. I got to work and no one would really take time to help me. I told them I wasn't properly trained over at Florence. They kept me in the front and it was a struggle. The customers walked all over the employees and the workers would just let them have their item for free. I was told I would just be s cashier.
One day, a lady told my boss I was being racist because I served all the blacks first but she was already waiting on her food. She said when she asked, she said I said "Do I look like a cook?"
The employers didn't care to hear my side and terminated me. It was only my third day at work. Do I still get paid? If I don't, doesn't that violate some kind of labor law?

Yes, they must pay you. Yes, it would violate federal labor law if they didn't.
(If you do get a better McDs, try to keep quiet if customers get on your case, no matter what.)

So you are saying they put you on the counter, operating a register without any training at all? I'm sorry but I have to doubt that. No one is going to put someone handling money with no training or experience. I just don't buy it.

So I'm going to have assume there is something more to this story. Also May 31 was less than 2 weeks ago, yet you only "believe" you were hired on that date?

However, is you did work on the clock you have to be paid for it.

This is the real world, and watching safety videos is normally the most traning you get, you were lucky to get that.

Beyond that, another employee, helps you off and on, while you learn.

You smile and never say anything smart to customers, that is just expected that you would know.

You it seems got fired because of your own fault and honestly should have known better, if you said anything at all.

Yes you get paid.
