Thank you,
There are no doctors here. We do have a few nurses.

The real thing needed is when was your ovulation? There is some assumption of average ovulation but yours could be different. So you really need to tract ovulation. Online tracking is more of just guesses, so actual testing of ovulation would be best.
Then you should plan your sex for about 2 or 3 days prior to ovulation.

Hi,

As Fr_chuck said, every 2-3 days regardless of when your periods are. You can also have sex while you're on your period. It is great for relieving some of the period symptoms. A little care should be taken to avoid a messy situation but it is good and fun.

You get conception and implantation you need to have the sperm in the right place at the right time. If you just have one encounter, then you could miss this narrow window for conception. If you have sex every 2-3 days that will allow your womb to have a constant and fresh supply of semen and sperm on hand when you ovulate. It increases the chances greatly. It also allows your partner to 'recharge', produce, and ejaculated the most sperm in semen. It is win - win for the both of you.

With that said, it might take several months to a year to get pregnant. Perfectly fertile couples might take over a year to get pregnant just because the delicate series of events required to conceive and have the embryo implant just never falls into place. Just keep your spirits up and keep trying.

Good Luck!
