Hey guys, I don't remember much but I watched this around 2010

A handsome guy goes to clubs to pickup girls. Its like his character. He is so good that with one look he can understand how rich the woman is, so he is going out with a woman older than him. When she is out, he enjoys the house and the pool etc and he doesn't say anything about him, in fact he is very poor and then in one scene, a doctor talks to him and says no penetration for a week (or 2 weeks )because the woman, she was operated.
