I can't hear my baby's heartbeat. I am worrying a lot. Doctor ask me to come back on next week. Can you please help me.

And something mentioned like 1.47 cm (I am not sure about this)

You can only "maybe" hear the heartbeat at 8 weeks. And not always. So it is a bit early at this point. Is there a reason he was doing this test at this point?

Very early in pregnancy, not much will be seen. It sounds like the 1.47 cm is a gestational sac measurement. This would confirm the likelihood of just the yolk sac being seen, and no fetal pole or heartbeat seen.

In the early weeks, much can change in just days so it's quite possible that you will see baby and heartbeat on your next scan. It's very common for a scan to be repeated just a week or two early on when not enough is seen to confirm a viable pregnancy on an earlier scan.
