I use to wake up and my hands would have a tingling numbness sensation. I couldn't squeeze my hands into fist without experiencing pain.it only happened in the morning when I awoke, now throughout the day I am experiencing the same feelings yet stronger and more common throughout the day!
I am inquiring to figure out what's the problem. I haven't had this problem until recently maybe few months.
I am recreational drug user I use daily

Only a doctor can test and diagnose your condition so see one and get this resolved.

You are seeking a diagnosis for your symptoms. A prognosis is the expected outcome, with or without treatment, for the condition, once a diagnosis has been made.
You are cutting off circulation, common enough when sleeping, but uncommon throughout the day.
We know NOTHING about you - age, gender, weight, health history, family history... you need a doctor. Even if you were good at description, we could only offer suggestions. Numbness has too many reasons.

"I am recreational drug user I use daily". Not sure I would define daily as "recreational" drug user. This could be part of your issue.

Nail, meet hammer, you hit it on the head!
In nursing school I learned that you need a diagnosis before you can have a prognosis. Am I missing something?

You aren't missing anything! OP needs a proper diagnosis, from a PROPER doctor... in person.

Daily is NOT recreational use... its well beyond "recreational use" and is now a clear and obvious addiction/abuse issue.
You need to see a doctor. You need to kick that addiction as well.
