Roughly 30 minutes ago I dropped a 250 mg Acetaminophen PM gelcap on the floor and before I could bend over to pick it up, my 1yr old Chihuahua snatched it up and ran off with it. I tried to catch him before he could swallow it, but he's a quick little bugger. I know that acetaminophen is highly toxic for dogs (and extremely toxic for cats), potentially lethal. I gave him 1 ml of peroxide about 15 minutes ago and another less than 5 min. ago to hopefully induce vomiting. We've had no results so far. Is there anything more I can do besides wait and watch for symptoms of liver toxicity develop? Any advice would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance...

Thank you. That does help a bit. Zeus weighs around 5-6 lbs... (approx. 11-13 kg). I plan on watching him throughout the night, just in case. Thank you again!

I think you might be doing your math wrong. 6 pounds is equal to 2.7 kg, not 11 kg.
