I have been to the doctors and er for about a year now due to lower abdomen pain. Sometimes it is in my pelvis too and shoots down into my leg. A lot of times it makes me naseous as well. When I go into the er they never tell me a direct answer to what it could be. I have done a lot of tests and blood work and nothing shows up. I'm getting pretty frustrated and its really disappointing to not know what is causing this kind of pain. It is usually on the right side of my body. Some liquids do bother my stomach like coffee and even alcohol. I don't drink much at all. Every now and then though I will have a drink or two because if I drink more than that I will puke nonstop for hours. I was wondering if anybody has experienced this before and would just like some advice on this issue because I'm losing hope with doctors. I'm spending all this money for a trip to an er or the doctors every two months or so and its getting ridiculous. Please help! Thank you!

ER is great if you have a car wreck or gun shot, but not to find out what is wrong with you. A ER will stabilize you till you can see a doctor. So unless there is a urgent problem "right then" stop going to the ER.
You need to follow up with one doctor, who may send you to several specialists who can do different tests, cat scans and other investigations. It may of course be several issues, that is seeming like one.

Yeah well the er did recommend going to see a specialist but my appoiment isn't until may which is awhile from now. Sometimes it is an urgent problem because the pain can be so unbearable at times. I just hope the specialist will find out what the issue or issues may be. They just now recommended me a specialist to go a month ago, which they should have recommended me one a long time ago when this first started. Thank you for letting me know though and I hope the specialist can find out what's wrong.

Vomiting and right side pain and so on suggests chronic appendicitis (as opposed to acute). But that's just ONE GUESS and I would have thought it would have been ruled out (and we don't even know if you still have yours). There are also ulcers past the stomach, such as the duodenum. It's conceivable that gallbladder disease could irritate nerves that go in just about any direction. You say 'lower abdomen' but then 'pelvis too' and your pelvis is your lower abdomen, so it's unclear where your pain locus is.
While you wait, stay away from alcohol, caffeine, carbonation, and spices. Get a thermometer. Press on your abdomen to see if there's a spot that hurts the most. Find a REGULAR MD at a clinic to be there for much better care than random hospital visits.
