It was about a very old man, who was apparently very poor. I remember he camped either on the street or on a green field, probably where kids used to play. He drew a square on the ground to mark the territory of his home. He was more like imagining it was his home, he was something between crazy/lunatic/wise. There were kids around, I remember, and one of the kids used to talk to this old man frequently. I remember in one instance the parents of the neighborhood came to protest his presence; I think they kicked him away.
