Hi, I am an international students who entered US at 2012 with a F-1 Visa. I worked for a brief time during 2015 and earned less than 300 dollars. Now I received my W-2, and I found out I did not file 8843 form for each year. Can I still File these late forms to the IRS, and Can I still file my tax as a non-resident alien using 1040NR-EZ or Do I have to file my income tax at all?

Thanks!

Download the Forms 8843 for 2012, 2013 and 2014 from www.irs.gov, complete them, SIGN them and mail them to:

DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY
INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE
AUSTIN TX 73301

Better late than never.

As for the 2015 tax return, you have NO legal obligation to file for a W-2 less than $300. If you want to file to claim whatever refund is available, you can. If you do, submit the Form 8843 when you mail the Form 1040NR-EZ.

Thank YOU!! But just one more question, I have changed my passport as well as my US local address during these years, do I fill all the forms with my current information?
