I fells pains in one side of my abdomen and when I am washing inside my private path fells something is swollen in one side and its hurt and during sex its painful too and when I gas the pains reduces a little. I am scared I don't know what to do I have done and ecography but there is nothing I am just scared I have been trying to get pregnant till now it's not coming please help.

There's no way for anyone online to give you a diagnosis. You've been posting for a long time now, all about pregnancy and the issues you're having. Have you seen an OBGYN? If so, what have you told him/her and what tests if any have they done?

You really won't find the answers online, no matter how educated the people you're asking, are. You have to actually see a doctor that can run tests and tell you what's going on.

That's the best advice anyone can give you, and you really really really need to follow it.
