Traction engaging, and abs light on. This is not normal and just stayed to happen when the tires were rotated. What do I need to do

Check for PCM and ABS codes. Remove and clean ABS sensors, using WD-40 and a rag.

Also, check all the tire sizes. Some vehicles have different tire sizes from front to back. Therefore, conventional rotation could cause mismatched wheel speed input to the ABS controller and could cause the fault light to come on.

Check the wires as well... you just had the tires rotated. If it was a shop... the newest lowest guy on the totem pole gets stuck with that job. Meaning they aren't the best or brightest. They usually are the same ones that use an air impact wrench to over-tighten the lug nuts so much they sometimes won't come back off or even snap off the studs.

Its actually far less likely if you had done it yourself.

1st rule... never assume anything.
