I saw this movie when I was a kid, id say about 7 years old so around 1999. Doubt the movie came out around this time though and I only remember one specific scene from it. Its coloured, language is English, definitely a movie (not TV show) and it had a late 80's look to it, kind of like the Goonies type of look.

Before describing the scene, ill just explain what I feel was the setting of the movie. There's a girl (feel like it was girl) and there's a group of teens and she is outside this group fold. This i think was because she was new in town and so she was trying to be friends with them.
The scene involves a coke truck with crates of bottled coke driving past and the teens wanted to get their hands on free coke. So they (could have been just one of them) ride their bikes chasing after the truck trying to pick out a bottle. One of them couldn't ride fast enough so gave up and this was when the girl (new teen to town) rides after the truck and is able to get a bottle.
