Hello, So I have a drug test later this week and I am a not so casual cannabis smoker. I don't smoke often at all. I took one hit last Friday and a few bowls the weekend before. I have a high metabolisim and very low fat content and I run. I weight about 112 LB

What happens when you fail ?

What kind of test is it? Urine? Hair?

It is a urine test more specific is a DOT test. Not sure what that is though, It will be held at Concentra urgent care

Marijuana use can be detected up to 2–5 days after exposure for infrequent users; for heavy users: 1–15 days; for chronic users and/or users with high body fat: 1–30 days. You are probably OK but what if you don't have the time/space next time? Worth getting caught?

None of those factors has anything to do with your test. It gets locked into your hair as it grows out... and it stays there because hair is dead... in fact being AROUND people that smoke when they do could get you enough to fail.

If you do or not right now is all a matter of luck... and nothing to do with metabolism, body fat or any related factor. It does have to do with how much you got in your system and the cutoff levels they use.
