I've posted this once before so here goes.

The Pregnancy Hormone hCG can be first detected with a blood test at around 11 days after conception and with a urine test at around 12-14 days after conception.

Anyway a blood test is the best way to go at finding out if you are or not.

A late Period can be a sign that you maybe pregnant though doing a test will give you the best answer.

Late periods can happen just because. If you don't get your period by Sunday I would take a home pregnancy test using your first urine of the morning. This will give you the best results. There are other things that can cause what you're experiencing.
