The last couple of months I have had extremes lower back pain. When I lay down it throbs and feels like something is pushing outward. When I am laying down or sitting and I go to stand, My back will not straighten up. I stand slightly bent for about 1 min before I can stand straight up. I feel an inward and outward sensation and it so uncomfortable.

The description is not enough for me to clarify the solution. But definitely the most basic and essential step right now would be consult a specialist. If not, then at least a doctor. I suppose it can be the result of bad posture while sitting, sleeping and standing or any sprain caused (as you said) couple of months ago or even worse. Consult a doctor to make sure. I know it Sir what I said was basic but I hope it would aid. Stay healthy!
