I'm curious about Abnormal Uterine Bleeding. She is 19 and complained a heavy and prolonged bleeding. The doctor said that this is because of Ovulatory Dysfunction. There was a month when menstruation didn't happen. Estradiol level is 45 ng/ml, is it normal? But the other hormone such as LH and FSH is normal. The doctor give non-hormonal therapy and suggest healthy life style. The BMI is also normal, height 158 and weight 51. Is it an unovulatory or ovulatory?
