How do I get a marriage license if my boyfriend is in Wayne Brown jail?

It will have to be arranged ( if they will even allow it) though the Sheriff and/or the chief deputy of the jail. They will have to make arrangements for the person in jail to properly apply. So the only thing you can do, is meet with the jail officials and ask for their procedure, if any.

Not on jails, (actually most) do not allow marriages within the jails of prisoners.
