I would doubt it, if a baby aspirin is okay for a baby then a 70 pound dog is a big baby for sure.

While I agree, A 70lb dog is quite probably more than capable of having a single baby aspirin, as his usual dose would likely be larger than that, it actually has nothing to do with whether it is safe for a baby.

To reiterate what's already been said, a baby aspirin is definitely okay. Your dog will be fine.

Again, as the others said, as long as it was "A" (one) not one bottle.
But with that said, it is a good reminder that dogs (and babies) may eat things laying out, so be safe with medication.

Truth told, and there is some debate on this, so I'm not sure I should mention it, but a lot of people use baby aspirin to help dogs with pain issues. Most vets agree that it's safe, other vets don't, which is why I didn't want to mention it.
I used it for my lab Indy (RIP), who had severe arthritis, and other age related issues. He never had a problem with it. I wouldn't use it long term, but for minor pain issues, not issues that need long term care, a baby aspirin won't hurt, and can help with pain.
Having said that, this is my opinion, and as I said, there are differing opinions on this, so use with caution, and always talk to your vet first if you plan on using this as a form of pain relief for your pet.
But, one accidentally swallowed baby aspirin, not a big deal at all. :)
