Hi, I'm 17. And I had the nexplanon birth control implant fitted about a year and three months ago. Right now I am having every pregnancy symptom. I've heard of women getting pregnant on this. And I just have the gut feeling I am. Any advice?

The only advice anyone can give you is to first find out if you are indeed pregnant. Try a pregnancy test using first morning urine. If that test is negative wait a month and then test again, or see your doctor for a more accurate blood test.

Sadly there is no form of birth control, other than abstinence, that is 100% effective, so you could indeed be pregnant even though you're using birth control.
