I am in the middle of a startup and would like to know what sort of tax breaks are available to my company (which is an online educational institution) and what states? I am based in US.

You don't get any Federal tax breaks, other than easily declaring a loss for the first 5 years. I'm not sure why you would have centers, plural. It's online. You aren't paying sales tax to the buyer's state.
Operate out of the state you are in. My state, a northern state, like many northern states, gives tax breaks because businesses have left the state. Each state has different incentives that change a lot.

What Joy says is accurate. Tax breaks for on-line companies simply do not exist.
