Searching for a book title - contemporary romance/suspense. I think it is part of a series about brothers who work in construction & wear green jackets with the name of the company on them. I think it was thefamily name - an Irish name

The second or third book is about one brother who was headed towards alcoholism. He meets a young woman with a little girl he's crazy about. After they move to his home her daughter is kidnapped by the child's grandmother who is married to a senator.

I think the brothers live on the east coast and they find the little girl in San Francisco in a hidden room at the grandmother's mansion. The room is filled with clothes of every size and toys for the little girl.
