I had intercourse with my partner and when we stopped it was pink discharge everywhere could I be pregnant??

Yes you could.

The pink discharge was likely due to some irritation that occurred from the sex. It could be if you are due for a period soon, or just finished one. As Curlyben said, it could occur if you were already pregnant, as some women may experience some spotting after intercourse when they are pregnant, or you could become pregnant from this most recent intercourse.

However, it wouldn't be a sign of pregnancy if you weren't already pregnant; you wouldn't have an indication of pregnancy right away.

You can always get pregnant from having sex. You won't know for sure until much later however.
