I have well water, and a water filtration system. I had water before I changed the filters, now no water pressure, no water. Don't hear water running in pipes. Pump is holding 60 psi of pressure, but not running. Please advise
Thank you,

Assuming that the pressure switch is set to 40-60, that is it is set to come on at 40 and go off at 60, the pump shouldn't be running.
Also assuming that the filter is after the tank, that is between the tank and the faucet, there is some kind of blockage between the tank and the faucet.
It takes quite a bit to block 60 lbs. of pressure. You may have not installed the filter properly or there there may be more than one valve that you turn off to change the filter. May be a valve before the filter (between the tank and the filter) and one after the filter (between the filter and the faucet).
Suggest you check these things.

I am assuming, from your description, that this is a cartridge filter of some sort. Most filters have a shut off valve used to change the filter. Did you turn yours back on? If you did, see if the valve has a bypass setting. Try that and see if you get water. If not, then turn it back off and remove the filter cartridge. Turn the valve back on and see if you have water coming out of the filter. If you do, then you know that something in the filter itself is blocking flow, or perhaps farther down the line. If you have an outside faucet, see if you have water there. Make sure you clean your aerators.

You have pressure (60 psi). You don't have water, so as HK suggested, something is blocking the flow.
