Where are you getting prenatal care?
What area of the world are you in?
Have you called your OB/GYN?
When did this start?
Altered taste is common in the first trimester, caused by hormone changes, but I'm concerned about you not eating.
Try something spicy or pungent to disguise the taste, like chipotle or fresh ginger.
Try ANYTHING to get you to eat. A milkshake made with real ice cream? Plain chicken broth?
Meanwhile, take your prenatal vitamins.
Google 'altered taste in pregnancy' and 'nausea in pregnancy.' Ginger ale and saltines, etc. Many women have their own foods and drinks that help.

Could be a dental problem. Could be tasting blood from swollen gums or have an infected tooth. Also, it could be from mercury. Watch your fish intake

Many women experience a metallic taste, especially in early pregnancy. Often it is one of the first symptoms that they notice.
What can you eat and drink? If nothing at all, you need to contact your doctor as some women do experience extreme "morning sickness". Sometimes medication can be used for a little while.
As was said, try different foods and drinks... starting with the more common recommendations for nausea. Eating just a little, several times throughout the day, can be better than trying to eat bigger meals. A couple of sips of orange juice may help with the metallic taste a bit before you try a food.
If your prenatal vitamin causes you to feel ill, try taking it at night before bed. Or a different brand may work better for you.
Hope you feel better soon!
