The police did not arrest her?

Assuming she is not in jail, which she should be for breaking and entering, and so on.
Unless there is more to the story.

But you sue her for eviction,
Sue her for any and all loss of your property,
You sue her for use of the house,
Sure her for any damage to property.

As Chuck said I think there is more to this. What did you tell the police? Did you tell them that this woman broke into your home and stole your belongings? Did you ask them to arrest her for trespassing and theft? What else did they say?

I would start by going to the local prosecutor's office and tell them that this woman broke into your home. Show them the deed. Then demand that she be prosecuted for theft and trespassing. It would probably be a good idea to go to the office with an attorney.

While it is a common response to deal with someone living in a home as having established residency this is, in my opinion, a different situation. You purchased the property and did not give permission for anyone else to occupy the property.

Did you change the locks after you took possession? What reason did this woman give for occupying the house? How long after you purchased the house did you leave town? Did you not ask someone to keep an eye on the house while you were gone?
